Updated fee structure
From 1 August 2026, a new fee will apply to access cards, including those issued to contractors, licensees, and third-party personnel.
Once your online induction has been completed and you have uploaded all required documents, you have 6 months to visit a Pilbara Ports MSIC Office in person to finalise your access application and collect your access card.
Required Documents
Those failing to complete this process within 6 months will need to re-sit the site induction.
Your site access card is valid for two years from date of completion, or unless otherwise advised by your Site Responsible Officer.
*Learn more about the MSIC requirements, office locations and the application process via the MSIC page.
