If you hold a valid MSIC issued by Pilbara Ports and find that you no longer have an operational need to hold the card, then you may return the card.
You will need to complete the form below and return both form and MSIC to the issuing MSIC Office in person or by post.

The relevant section of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Regulations (2003) stipulates that:
If your MSIC is cancelled at your own request, you may, within a 12-month period from the date of cancellation, reapply for your MSIC to be reissued.
