The Forum is an industry-focused event hosted by Pilbara Ports, bringing together stakeholders from across the maritime, logistics, and resources sector to explore safety practices, innovations, and collaborative approaches to safer shipping and port operations.
This year’s theme is “Strengthening maritime safety through collaboration, innovation and leadership.”
The Forum is ideal for shipping operators, port users, marine pilots, safety specialists, regulators, and anyone interested in maritime and port operations.
The conference will take place over two days. Day 1 will commence at 8:00am, and conclude at 3:30pm, with networking drinks to follow. Day 2 will commence at 8:00am and conclude at 3:30pm.
The Forum will take place in the River View Room at Optus Stadium, Perth. Optus Stadium is located at 333 Victoria Park, Dr, Burswood.

The Forum is free to attend; however, guests must register to secure their spot. We understand that life can get busy. Yes, there are several accommodation options within close proximity to Optus Stadium. This includes Crown Towers Perth, Crown Metropol Perth, Crown Promenade Perth and The Westin Perth. There are also several hotels available in Perth, CBD, which is only a 15-minute drive from Optus Stadium.
No, the event will not be livestreamed or recorded, however, presentations will be made available on the website after the event.
Yes, parking is available at Optus Stadium, however, we encourage attendees to take public transportation to and from the venue.
While we truly value the opportunity to hear from all attendees, expressions of interest will not be sought for this year’s Forum. Please be assured that an engaging and interactive agenda is currently being finalised and will be shared in due course.
